Role in the Project: The developing a multidimensional quantitative mathematical model of the processes of autoregulation of the volume of cells within the neurovascular unit of the brain parenchyma; Computer simulations aimed to estimate and predict the changes of the ratio of intracellular and extracellular volumes during the transition to the deep sleep stage.

Master's degree in the specialty 09.04.02 - "Information Systems and Technologies" from the State Autonomous Educational Institution of Higher Education "Moscow City Pedagogical University" After graduation he worked as a technical director of a startup in the field of geomarketing, where the main responsibilities were creating models, software and managing a team of analysts and developers. He currently works as a technical leader in the Atlas Biomed Group, a company that processes genetic and microbiome data.

  • Developing algorithms for microbiome data analysis: detecting anomalies, analyzing associations between different entities from text data, providing dietary recommendations, assessing the probability of a disease, determining microbiome citizenship.
  • Leading a team to develop the system for genetics and microbiome data analysis.
  • At first I worked at Knomics, but Atlas Biomed acquired Knomics and I started working at Atlas Biomed. For quite some time I worked at two jobs, in the morning at Knomics, in the evening at Marketing Logic.

  • While studying reinforcement learning implemented the Deep-Q-Learning algorithm which interacts with the environment and receives a picture as an input. Introduced various ideas to improve the algorithm.
  • Wrote a python package which automates the selection of parameters of machine learning models, visualization and some aspects of data processing.

Major skills

  • Deep learning - worked mainly with text analysis and generation using transformers architecture, LSTM, RNN, transfer learning. I also have experience using deep learning to classify images and process them to solve problems in the domain of Reinforcement learning using CNN and transfer learning.
  • General machine learning - linear regression, decision trees, LightGBM, XGBoost, CatBoost for working with heterogeneous data.
  • Neuroscience and computational neuroscience. I am writing a dissertation on these topics and actively study the principles and biophysics of the brain.
  • Understanding the full cycle of the analytical product, architecture design of the analytical product, have experience of being a team lead in such projects.
  • Experience designing databases, cloud infrastructure on Amazon Web Services.
